On 10/21/19 my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee limited mount functioned. While trying to slowly back up my car in a garage the vehicle seized all dashboard lights went out including back up camera screen.

While traveling on roadway on 09/30/2023 the passenger factory headrest busted open startling my child who was in the seat almost causing an involuntary reaction that would have caused an accident.
