Tl* the contact owns a 2008 Ford Fusion. While driving 45 MPH, a deer struck the contact's vehicle. Neither of the front air bags deployed. The vehicle sustained front end damage to the radiator, headline assembly, bumper, and motor.

I had the Ford brake recall work completed in 2023, but the same brake issue has returned. This appears to be the same HCU problem covered by the recall, and Ford is now refusing to repair it.

Purchased the car for my daughter's 16TH birthday. I believe it only had 20,000 miles on it. She had if for 2 years and has always thought the car ran a little "Sluggish".
