I was driving down the road and the steering lock up and I hit a curb. I was lucky that I was not in any traffic. I have seen many complaints on the electric steering on these cars and not sure why Ford want fix the issue before someone get hurt.

We have had multiple issues with the ABS and HCU since we bought this car used a couple years ago. We've replaced the ABS Module and HCU and had Ford reprogram it and are still having issues. The brakes go out fully and I went through a red light.

Tl*the contact owns a 2010 Ford Fusion. The contact was driving into a parking space at 1 MPH when the vehicle suddenly lunged forward and crashed into a fenced barrier. There were no injuries but a police report was filed.
