TOOK VEHICLE IN FOR EXHAUST REPAIR. WHEN HOISTED UP THE MECHANIC INFORMED ME OF ENGINE CRADLE ROT. HE SAID THE DRIP HOSE IS DRIPPING ONTO THE ENGINE CRADLE.

DT*: THE CONTACT STATED WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS IN PARK ON AN INCLINE, SHE EXITED THE VEHICLE TO UNLOAD IT. SUDDENLY THE VEHICLE SWITCHED GEARS ON ITS OWN INTO REVERSE CAUSING THE DRIVER'S FRONT DOOR TO HIT THE CONTACT.

ON CERTAIN PASSENGER VEHICLES, THE FUEL PUMP MODULE AND THE POWER TRAIN CONTROL MODULE (PCM) SOFTWARE MAY ALLOW THE ENGINE TO STALL UNDER CERTAIN OPERATING CONDITIONS.

Remedy: DEALERS WILL REPROGRAM THE POWER TRAIN CONTROL MODULE. THE FUEL PUMP MODULE WILL ALSO BE REPLACED ON VEHICLES BUILT FROM AUGUST 1, 2004 THROUGH SEPTEMBER 30, 2004. THE RECALL BEGAN ON NOVEMBER 21, 20
