VEHICLE HAD BEEN IN TO CHRYSLER DEALER SEVERAL TIMES DURING MAY FOR THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT (EMITION CONTROLL ISSUES) ON THE DAY OF THIS INCIDENT I HAD JUST PICKED IT UP FROM THE DEALERSHIP. IT HAD BEEN REPAIRED DUE TO IT LEAKING OIL.
