ACCIDENT IN WHICH VEHICLE WILL BE TOTALED. NO AIR BAGS DEPLOYED. HIT A POLE ON CENTER DIVIDER. MERCEDES ROADSIDE WAS ON SCENE IN MINUTES AND TOWED MY CAR. THEY SAID THE SYSTEM ALERTED THEM TO THE CRASH.

I PURCHASED THE CAR (CERTIFIED PRE-OWNED) ON DECEMBER 18, 2014. ON FEBRUARY 13, 2015 I WAS PARKING IN A RESTAURANT PARKING LOT. ALL OF A SUDDEN I FELT THE CRASH. AT FIRST I THOUGHT A VEHICLE HAD RUN INTO THE BACK OF MY CAR.

My vehicle was pulling in the rear when braking. My mechanic informed me that it was a rotted undercarriage. When I called Mercedes they informed me that there is a problem with many models of Mercedes with this.
