I was using the warming seats and had pulled up to the post office to drop a letter in the box. The letter had fallen to the ground. I got out and placed the letter in the box.

I was driving home from work on a freeway traveling at about 65MPH. All of sudden, my car starting to slow and decelerated which I pulled my ehicle over to the emergency lane where it stalled.

Turned drivers seat heat feature on, after a few minutes I smelled burning. Mercedes just repaired a/c (3 visits) so turned off the a/c. Next think I know smoke is coming from drivers seat, my 3YR old riding in her car seat "Installed" Behind me.

    Remedy: MBUSA will notify owners, and dealers will inspect the glass panel bonding and replace the sliding roof, as necessary, free of charge. The recall began July 10, 2020. Owners may contact MBUSA customer service at 1-800-367-6372.
