The contact owned a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The contact stated while parked, the vehicle suddenly jumped into gear crashing into the rear of the vehicle in front. The vehicle was taken to a dealer but was not diagnosed.

Remedy: Chrysler will notify owners, and dealers will inspect the routing of the air conditioning hose. Any hose that is misrouted will be replaced and installed correctly. This work will be performed free of charge.
