Hurricane Helene inundated our parking lot on September 27 with approximately 3-4 feet of storm surge. Many vehicles (20-25) were trapped and flooded. This vehicle caught fire and was totally consumed over the course of a 5-6 hour burn.

I crunk my 2023 Ford Expedition up yesterday so the AC would run and it wouldnât be so hot. I pressed the break, and the start button and simply crunk it up, I then got the keys out of the vehicle so I could unlock my house.

A few months ago, I noticed there was a delay in the power running board on the drivers side. The passenger side running board came up but the drivers side would only come up after driving for a minute.

At approximately 13:12 CST on [XXX], I exited the car wash at a gas station in Rochester, MN. I drove around to the front of the gas station to park so I could go inside to replenish the car wash card.

The contact owns a 2023 Ford Expedition. The contact stated that while the accelerator pedal was depressed, the vehicle inadvertently accelerated. As a result, the vehicle proceeded over the side curves then stalled. All the air bags deployed.

2023-04-21Power train23V128000 Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2023 F-150, Expedition, and Lincoln Navigator vehicles. The front axle pinion may not have been heat-treated, which can cause it to fracture.
Remedy: Dealers will replace the front axle pinion gear set. If there is a broken front axle pinion, the entire axle assembly will be replaced. Repairs will be performed free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed April 21, 2023.

Remedy: Ford will mail the Owner's Manual addendums that describe how to adjust and remove the head restraints for the center seating positions, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed July 21, 2023.

2025-05-30Service brakes, hydraulic25V314000 Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2022-2024 Navigator and Expedition vehicles. The front brake lines may contact the engine air cleaner outlet pipe and become damaged, possibly resulting in a brake fluid leak and reduced brake function.
Remedy: Dealers will inspect the front brake line and replace the brake line or air cleaner outlet pipe, as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed May 29, 2025. Owners may contact Ford customer service at 1-866-436-7332.
