On Sunday November 29, 2020, the vehicle was driven back from church, approximately 10 miles. It was parked on a gravel drive way, in park, and the key removed. The vehicle was exited at approximately 12:35PM.

Traffic on hwy came to a sudden stop from around 60 MPH. I applied the brakes very hard and came to a safe stop. The vehicle behind me did not stop and rear ended me at a high rate of speed.
