FIRST INCIDENT OCCURRED WHEN VEHICLE WAS TRAVELING 45 MPH. BRAKES WERE APPLIED TO SLOW DOWN BEFORE A CURVE. AT THE POINT THE FRONT WHEELS LOCKED UP AND THE VEHICLE BEGAN TO ROCK BACK AND FORTH AND SWERVE ON THE ROADWAY.
