WHILE DRIVING 70 MPH PASSENGER'S RIGHT FRONT TIRE COMMENCED TO WOBBLE WITH ONLY THE DRIVER IN AN EAGLE, TALON, 1997 VEHICLE. CONSUMER BELIEVED THE PROBLEM WAS DUE TO THE BELT BREAKING WITHIN THE TIRE.
