FUEL IS SPRAYED ON THE VEHICLE, FLOOR, PERSON'S UPPER AND LOWER BODY WHILE REFUELING. THE VEHICLE IS TURNED OFF, IN PARK, AT THE GAS STATION. THE FUEL SPRAY OCCURS EVERY TIME THE FUEL TANK IS FILLED NEAR FULL.

TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 DODGE DURANGO. THE CONTACT EXITED THE VEHICLE AND LEFT IT RUNNING. SHE REACHED INSIDE TO CUT OFF THE VEHICLE AND AS SOON AS SHE REMOVED THE KEYS FROM THE IGNITION, THE VEHICLE JUMPED OUT OF GEAR AND BEGAN TO ROLL BACK.
