While driving 70 MPH, the vehicle was involved in a frontal collision. Both frontal air bags failed to deploy and both frontal seat belts failed to lock. This caused the passenger to sustained minor injuries and was transported to the hospital.

The driver side airbag on our 1994 Plymouth Grand Voyager deployed while driving at approx 30 MPH. There was no collision, road bumps or anyother physical jarring of the vehicle. There was no cause for the airbag to deploy.
