WHILE DRIVING 70 MPH, THE VEHICLE WAS INVOLVED IN A FRONTAL COLLISION. BOTH FRONTAL AIR BAGS FAILED TO DEPLOY AND BOTH FRONTAL SEAT BELTS FAILED TO LOCK. THIS CAUSED THE PASSENGER TO SUSTAINED MINOR INJURIES AND WAS TRANSPORTED TO THE HOSPITAL.
