PE00 020; CONSUMER WAS TRAVELING ABOUT 70MPH AND HEARD A NOISE. HE WENT TO SLOW DOWN AND WAS ABLE TO PULL OVER TO SHOULDERS. HE DIDN'T NOTICE ANYTHING, AND THEN SAW VEHICLE WOBBLING. TIRE BLEWOUT, AND DAMAGED RUNNING BOARD.
