WHILE CONSUMER WAS DRIVING ON THE HIGHWAY TREAD SEPARATED FROM RIGHT REAR TIRE. CONSUMER HAD NOT STRUCK ANYTHING, AND TIRE WAS STILL INFLATED. HE WAS ABLE TO PULL TO THE SIDE, AND EXAMINED WHAT WAS LEFT OF THE TIRE.
