I am filing a complaint against Capital Auto Mall Premier regarding the sale of a 2019 Ford F\-250 Lariat \(VIN [XXX]\) that I purchased on XXX. The vehicle was represented as being in good working condition at the time of sale.

On October 9, 2026 at approximately 8:30 AM, my 2019 Ford F-250 6.7L Power Stroke diesel, with 76,512 miles, suffered a catastrophic high-pressure fuel injection pump failure while traveling approximately 55 mph on FM 3351 near Camp Stanley, Texas.
