Vehicle caught on fire after we attempted to park the vehicle. This incident took place less than two weeks after new car purchase from dealer! Horrible experience and a safety hazard for anyone looking to purchase a Ford Edge.

Vehicle equipped with myford touch system. System controls heating/defrosting system. This system has failed to operate properly on multiple occasions. Ford motor company is aware of issue and has not corrected it.

As I was driving into a parking lot space, I stepped on the brake pedal, and it sank to the floor. I rapidly pumped the pedal 2 or 3 times, but it continued to sink to the floor.
