Remedy: THE BLOWER MOTOR RESISTOR BLOCK WILL BE REPLACED, AND A MASTIC PATCH APPLIED TO SEAL THE COWL AGAINST WATER ENTRY. DAMAGED WIRE CONNECTORS WILL BE REPLACED.
