WHEN THE BLAZER HIT A DEER NONE OF THE SEAT BELTS IN THE VEHICLE LOCKED UP, CAUSING MINOR INJURIES TO THE DRIVER AND PASSENGER. ALSO, UPON IMPACT, A CHILD WAS INJURED BECAUSE THE CAR SEAT FLEW INTO THE BACK OF THE DRIVER'S SEAT.

Remedy: IF THE POSITION AND CLEARANCE OF THE BRAKE PIPE ARE INCORRECT, THE FENDER SKIRT WILL BE ADJUSTED AND A REPLACEMENT PIPE WILL BE INSTALLED.
