TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 VOLVO S60(NA). THE CONTACT STATED WHILE DRIVING 68 MPH THE VEHICLE SUDDENLY STALLED. SHE WAS ABLE TO COAST THE VEHICLE TO THE SHOULDER OF THE INTERSTATE. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO A REPAIR SHOP.

VOLVO IS RECALLING CERTAIN MODEL YEAR 2011, S80, S60, XC70 AND XC60 VEHICLES. THE SOFTWARE CALIBRATION FOR THE FUEL CUT-OFF FUNCTIONALITY IN THE ENGINE CONTROL MODULE (ECM) IS TOO SENSITIVE.
