My 11-year old son got out of the front passenger side of our staitionary minivan (In park but running), for me to drop him off for a cello lesson. He opened the rear passenger side sliding door to get his cello out.

This is the 2nd Occurrence where Sliding Door Cable Breaks and the doors are disabled where you can not open or close the sliding door and its jammed shut. Attempts to press the Power Sliding door buttons do not work.

Tl* the contact owns a 2015 Toyota Sienna. While driving at an unknown speed and making a left turn, the brake pedal was depressed, but failed to respond as it traveled to the floorboard.

My engine caught on fire. We had seconds to get out prior to it engulfing in flames. Fire department had to extinguish. Not sure what caused it. The entire vehicle caught on fire.

    Remedy: Toyota will notify owners, and dealers will modify the headliner near the second row overhead assist grip, free of charge. The recall began on January 15, 2015. Owners may contact Toyota customer service at 1-800-331-4331.
