The Thor Palazzo has 2 braces in the front "nose" area of the coach-these braces are metal brackets that attach the front fiberglass nose to the area that contains the generator and fans for the air conditioner and other front-end components.

SAFETY TIMELINE
Thor Motor Coach (TMC) is recalling certain 2015-2023 Palazzo recreational vehicles. The front lower cap brackets that support the front fiberglass panel may become loose and detach from the vehicle while in motion.
Remedy: Dealers will inspect and replace the front lower brackets, as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed March 15, 2023. Owners may contact TMC customer service at 1-877-855-2867. TMC's number for this recall is RC000291.
