I am reporting a serious and repeated safety defect involving Hehr side windows installed on my 2018 Thor Palazzo 36.1 motorhome (VIN: [XXX] ).

WHILE STATIONARY, FIRST LARGE WINDOW BEHIND DRIVER'S SIDE BROKE OFF, AT THE TOP HINGE, FOR NO REASON. IF THIS HAD HAPPENED WHILE DRIVING, IT COULD HAVE CAUSED SERIOUS HARM TO FELLOW MOTORISTS.

Trimark 060-1650 Door Latch Failures
Thor Motor Coach (TMC) is recalling certain 2017-2020 Aria, Venetian and Tuscany, 2017 Tuscany XTE and 2017-2019 Palazzo motorhomes vehicles that received an inspection-only remedy for recall 18V-763.
Remedy: TMC will notify owners, and Daimler Trucks dealers will replace the PDM, free of charge. Owner letters were mailed October 6, 2021. Owners may contact TMC customer service at 1-877-855-2867. TMC's number for this recall is RC000196.
Campaign 20V418000 — check if this car was fixed
Thor Motor Coach (TMC) is recalling certain 2015-2023 Palazzo recreational vehicles. The front lower cap brackets that support the front fiberglass panel may become loose and detach from the vehicle while in motion.
Remedy: Dealers will inspect and replace the front lower brackets, as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed March 15, 2023. Owners may contact TMC customer service at 1-877-855-2867. TMC's number for this recall is RC000291.
