Rear Sway Bar Bracket manufactured from weak cast iron. Known problem and FORD will do nothing to fix it except to replace with same faulty part.

The initial brake pedal press is soft and travels nearly to the floorboard. A quick subsequent press of the brake pedal, or "pumping the brakes," changes the pedal travel and sensitivity.

SAFETY TIMELINE
Thor Motor Coach (TMC) is recalling certain 2022 ACE, Freedom Traveler, Hurricane, and Windsport motorhomes. The rear ladder may have been installed on the wrong side of the motorhome.
Remedy: Dealers will inspect the location of the rear ladder, and reinforce or relocate the ladder as needed, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed March 24, 2022. Owners may contact TMC customer service at 1-877-855-2867.
