CONSUMER'S VEHICLE HAD TO SLOW DOWN TO MAKE A TURN AND WAS REAR ENDED BY ANOTHER VEHICLE. THIS CAUSED THE BACK OF DRIVER'S SEAT TO COLLAPSE, AND DRIVER ENDED UP IN THE REAR OF THE VEHICLE.
