WITHOUT WARNING ACCELERATOR PEDAL GOT STUCK THE FLOOR WHILE DRIVING 45-MPH, CAUSING THE CONSUMER TO LOSE CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE AND HIT AN EMBANKMENT. UPON IMPACT, BOTH FRONTAL AIRBAG DID NOT DEPLOY.
