PLEASE ADD DETAILS. TS THE VEHICLE WAS PARKED IN THE PARK POSITION ON A SLIGHT SLOPE. THE CONSUMER WAS INSTALLING A CAR SEAT WHEN HE VEHICLE STARTED ROLLING BACKWARDS. THE CONSUMER WAS THROWN OUT OF THE VEHICLE THEN RUN OVER BY THE BACK TIRE.
