AFTER PARKING VEHICLE IN DRIVEWAY CONSUMER WAS EMPTYING THE TRUNK AND NOTICED SMOKE COMING FROM UNDER THE HOOD. A FIRE SOON ERUPTED FROM THE PASSENGER'S SIDE UNDER THE HOOD, AND WAS QUICKLY EXTINGUISHED.

Remedy: REPLACE AIR BAG MODULES CONTAINING POTENTIALLY DEFECTIVE INFLATORS.
