Was driving my car with children in it when the wheel fell off and axel cracked. It caused front end damage I couldn't get out of the driver side door because it wouldn't open. Had to pay to get all of that fixed. I just receive recall 8515G.

The ptu transfer case is defective and needs to be replaced, and will cost almost as much as the car is worth. After some research, this is a very common problem due to the design that Mazda has refused to acknowledge and recall for many years now.
