DT: THE VEHICLE WAS BEING DRIVEN AT 35 MPH WHEN IT STALLED. THE VEHICLE EVENTUALLY STOPPED AND LOST STEERING AND BRAKES. THIS HAS HAPPENED 4 TIMES. THE VEHICLE USUALLY STALLS AT LOWER SPEEDS ABOUT 35 MPH.
