THE FAN DOES NOT RUN. CAUSED THE INTAKE MANIFOLD TO WARP AND THE MOTOR OIL AND ANTIFREEZE TO BLEED INTO EACHOTHER. EVENTUALLY THE ENGINE WILL CRACK IF ISSUE REMAINS UNADDRESSED.

DRIVER SIDE CURTAIN AIR BAG DEPLOYED FOR NO APPARENT REASON. TRAVELING EAST ON I-94, IN MILWAUKEE, WI, ABOUT 9200 EAST. CONDITIONS: 12:45 PM, 37 DEGREES, LIGHT RAIN. WE HAD BEEN DRIVING ABOUT 20 MINUTES. ENGINE WAS COMPLETELY WARM.

TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 LINCOLN LS. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 45 MPH, THE DRIVER SIDE AIR BAG SUDDENLY DEPLOYED. THE CONTACT SUSTAINED ARM INJURIES. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN AUTHORIZED DEALER BUT THE CAUSE OF FAILURE COULD NOT BE DETERMINED.
