TL * THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 LEXUS RX350. WHILE DRIVING 5 MPH, THE VEHICLE FAILED TO STOP WHEN THE BRAKE PEDAL WAS DEPRESSED. THE CONTACT CRASHED INTO A LIGHT POLE, WHICH THEN FELL ONTO THE WINDSHIELD AND THE HOOD OF THE VEHICLE.
