TL* THE CONTACT OWNED A 2007 LEXUS RX350. WHILE DRIVING VARIOUS SPEEDS, THE VEHICLE INDEPENDENTLY ACCELERATED. THE BRAKE PEDAL WAS DEPRESSED, BUT THE VEHICLE CONTINUED TO ACCELERATE. AS A RESULT, THE CONTACT CRASHED INTO AN ELECTRICAL BOX.
