Tl*the contact owns a 2002 Keystone Springdale. The contact received a recall notice on February 3, 2008 for the dometic refrigerator. He called the dealer the same day and was informed to get an estimate and call them back.

Hot water tank burned up because of lack of water, dealer replaced water tank. Water tank is located under the beds. Windows on trailer will not close. Please provide any further information.
