The dexter 7000 lb tandem axles and springs do not properly support the empty fifth wheel travel trailer. The leaf springs are collapsing causing very uneven tire wear.

We used our new Raptor for a short trip & the refrigerator stopped working using ac. We made arrangements to have it serviced at a Keystone dealer. They felt the gfi was tripped & reset it.

Remedy: Keystone will notify owners, and dealers will inspect and replace two rivets joining the second and third step, and replace four rivets on the top step with fasteners, free of charge. The recall began on April 7, 2015.

Remedy: Keystone will notify owners, and dealers will install a hinge brace over the back of the existing hinges, free of charge. The recall began on November 29, 2016. Owners may contact Keystone customer service at 1-866-425-4369.
