Welds all over the structure continue to break. Multiple cross member welds have failed. Multiple wall stud welds have broken Multiple floor joist welds have broken.

The frame of the trailer is failing under normal use. After owning the trailer only 3 months we found a broken cross member. It was welded and reinforced under the direction of Keystone.

It was recently discovered that a bundle of wires are routed through a steel pipe with no protection on the ends. In building construction this method of wiring would be a gross code violation and safety hazard.

SAFETY TIMELINE
Keystone RV Company (Keystone) is recalling certain 2021-2023 Montana, 2021-2022 Montana High Country, 2022-2024 Fuzion, 2021 Crossroads Cruiser, and 2024 Dutchmen Aspen Trail LOFT vehicles.
Remedy: Dealers can remove the LED backlights or terminate the circuit for the red LED lights, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed May 2, 2024. Owners may contact Keystone customer service at 1-866-425-4369.
