The brake wiring was installed from the factory in such a manner that resulted in damaged insulation, disconnected wires and damaged parts. This created intermittent shorting, resulting in loss of all braking on the trailer.

2018-01-15Equipment17V755000 Keystone RV Company (Keystone) is recalling various 2003-2018 Crossroads, Dutchmen, and Keystone recreational trailers equipped with Kidde Plastic-Handle or Push Button 'Pindicator' Fire Extinguishers.
Remedy: Keystone will notify owners and instruct them to contact Kidde for a replacement fire extinguisher, free of charge. The recall began on January 15, 2018.
