TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 KEYSTONE MONTANA 3725RL (NA) RECREATIONAL TRAILER. WHILE THE TRAILER WAS STATIONARY, THE SCREWS THAT CONNECTED THE METAL BEAM TO THE BOTTOM OF THE TRAILER BECAME UNSCREWED. AS A RESULT, THE METAL BEAM DETACHED.
