The spare tire carrier on my 2009 Keystone cougar 318 with the bike rack is dragging the ground when I drive over and incline such as a driveway entrance or side street. There is a recall ( NHTSA campaign id number: 10V063000 ) for units with 16 in.

2009 Keystone Laredo Travel Trailer. As I was backing up my trailer to park it, my stabilizing chains pinched the wiring for my breakaway brakes which is mounted on the frame. A fire resulted and burned the wiring.
