This letter below is the letter I sent to carlisle tire comp, and their response to me was they need to see the actual tire to determine if it was a tire failure. The tires looked like a retread the way they came apart and sent them the pictures.

Remedy: Keystone will notify owners, and dealers will replace the IOTA ITS-50R transfer switch with a different brand transfer switch, free of charge. The recall began on October 8, 2015.
