The structural floor/subfloor in my 2023 Keystone Cougar 30BHS travel trailer developed a low, weak area near the kitchen sink/refrigerator and progressed to widespread softness and significant flexing in normal walking areas.

The contact owns a 2023 Keystone Cougar. The contact stated that the emergency exit window casing was too long and the inside window glass did not fit evenly. The contact stated that the window casing was unusually wider than the frame unit.

2023-03-29Structure23V169000 Keystone RV Company (Keystone) is recalling certain 2022-2023 Cougar travel trailers. These vehicles may have been manufactured without an emergency exit window.
Remedy: Dealers will inspect, and replace the window if necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed March 29, 2023. Owners may contact Keystone customer service at 1-866-425-4369. Keystone's number for this recall is 23-440.
