TWO TIRE FAILURES WITHIN 100 MILES, ONE ON EACH SIDE OF TRAVEL TRAILER. TIRES WERE ABOUT A YEAR OLD AND HAD WELL UNDER 5,000 MILES. TIRES WERE INFLATED TO MAX RECOMMENDED PSI AND TIRES/HUBS WERE INSPECTED A FEW HOURS BEFORE THE INCIDENTS OCCURRED.

Remedy: Keystone has notified owners, and dealers will replace the screws that secure the drive chain, free of charge. The recall began on June 18, 2015. Owners may contact Keystone customer service at 1-866-425-4369.

Remedy: Keystone has notified owners, and dealers will remove the emergency exit sticker, free of charge. The recall began on August 17, 2015. Owners may contact Keystone customer service at 1-866-425-4369. Keystone's number for this recall is 15-233.

Keystone RV Company (Keystone) is recalling various 2003-2018 Crossroads, Dutchmen, and Keystone recreational trailers equipped with Kidde Plastic-Handle or Push Button 'Pindicator' Fire Extinguishers.
Remedy: Keystone will notify owners and instruct them to contact Kidde for a replacement fire extinguisher, free of charge. The recall began on January 15, 2018.
