TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 (NA) KEYSTONE ALPINE RV. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE RV ELECTRICAL SYSTEM WAS DEFECTIVE. THE CONTACT NOTICED THAT THE OUTLETS FAILED TO PROVIDE ELECTRICAL POWER AND THE HOT WATER SYSTEM DID NOT PROVIDE HEATED WATER.
