I responded to a recall for my 2014 Honda Ridgeline on October 19, 2023. I have gone through recalls before and did not think much of it until the dealership informed me that my vehicle was "CONDEMNED".

Tl* the contact owns a 2014 Honda Ridgeline. The contact stated that as he drove various speeds, the emergency brake warning light illuminated, the warning bell sounded and the brakes emitted a strong burning odor.

While driving , applied brake and pedal went to the floor car would not stop! Replaced brake master cylinder (Typical repair) this did not fix issue. Im am told the the ABS modulator caused this failure.
