The contact owns a 2018 Honda CR-V. The contact stated while sitting at a stop light, another motorist hit her vehicle on the front passenger side. The air bags did not deploy upon impact. The contact nor the other driver sustained any injuries.

WHILE DRIVING IN TOWN AND ON FREEWAY, NOTICED VERY STRONG FUEL SMELL IN CABIN OF CAR, ENOUGH TO MAKE KIDS COMPLAIN IN THE BACK SEAT. HAD TO TURN OFF HEAT/FAN. BROUGHT CAR IN TO DEALER ON 2/19, AND OIL WAS OVERFULL BY 3/4 QUART DUE TO FUEL DILUTION.

On September 6, 2023 at approximately 5:30 pm, I was driving approximately 30 mph when suddenly my car stopped abruptly for no reason. Consequently although with seat belt on, my head and neck were thrown forward and back.

While driving straight and then attempting to make a Lane Change or take an Off Ramp or On Ramp the Steering would require extra effort to make the vehicle do what was needed. The Assist Features were OFF at the time.
