THE CONSUMER DROVE INTO GARAGE PARK, BUT DID NOT SHUT OFF ENGINE, JUST PARKED. GOT OUT TO MOVE A BIKE, THEN GOT BACK INSIDE THE VEHICLE. PUT SHIFT INTO DRIVE WITH FOOT ON THE BRAKE PEDAL, THE VEHICLE VOLTED FORWARD, HIT AN OBJECT.
