ONCOMING CARS HAVING OVERLY BRIGHT HEADLIGHTS CAUSE NIGHT BLINDNESS. BOTH BLUE AND WHITE EXTRA BRIGHT LIGHTS DO THIS. PROPERLY AIMED LIGHTS STILL SHINE INTO ONCOMING DIRVERS WHEN THEY GO OVER HILLS AND BUMPS.
