Tl*the contact owns a 2007 Dodge RAM. While driving 65 MPH, the vehicle suddenly kicked into gear. The contact heard a loud popping sound coming from the engine compartment. He lost control of the vehicle and it spun into a wall.

2007 Dodge pick up recall received about propeller shaft yoke. Consumer stated that the dealer ordered the part and would receive it in two weeks. Consumer called dealer back and was told the part had not been shipped yet.

    Remedy: Dealers will replace the wiper module assemblies with vented wiper motor housings free of charge. The safety recall began on August 28, 2009. Owners may contact Chrysler at 1-800-853-1403.
