My wife and I were enroute to columbus oh from newbury ma. Approximately 4 hours into the trip on rt 84 in ludington, n.y. A horrendous bang from the rear. I immediately pulled to the side of the interstate to investigate.

Remedy: Am-safe in notifying customers that they will inspect and replace the defective buckle assemblies free of charge.
